About Us

Our story

Our motivation

We were founded to provide youth with a new outlook on music and the environment. Through workshops and hands-on projects, students learn to identify sustainable materials, repair instead of replace, and make informed choices as musicians and consumers.

Our mission

Spreading music and ecology education

Our mission is to teach youth where their instruments come from: the woods, metals, and plastics inside them, the forests and mines they're sourced from, and the waste they create.

Meet the Founder & President

"I have been a violinist for about 6 years, ever since I was 5 or 6 years old. Over these years, I have progressed and improved my basic knowledge on not just learning the violin, but what music can do to people. This knowledge not only helped me to enter the music world, but also made me more conscious of the impact it has in real life. This eventually led me to Eco Instruments, where I can take action in environmental and musical impact on the community."

"Music teaches us to listen, not only to sound, but also to the world around us. Through Eco Instruments, I hope more young stewards will discover the power of creativity, compassion, and environmental responsibility."
